To lodge a return
~Items must be returned in original condition – un-opened and un-used with tags attached.
~Shipping costs are non-refundable
Refund:
~We offer refunds on full priced items within 1 week of purchase. Once your return is received, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. You will receive a courtesy email advising once your refund has been processed. ~If you paid via credit card, please allow 5-7 business days for funds to securely process. *PLEASE NOTE* Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. This includes cancelling or swapping of any items within your order. Rest assured we do have a flexible returns policy should you receive your order and it’s not quite right for you. ~We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. As we are a small team please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item. ~We are unable to offer price adjustments for promotions and discounts. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before a promotion commenced or after it has concluded. ~Need further help?
